Privacy Policy
  1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) establishes the procedure for handling information obtained from visitors and users of the website https://jurallianz.kz (hereinafter – the “Website”). https://jurallianz.kz (далее – Сайт).

The Website Administration recognizes the importance of confidentiality and expects that the information set out in this Policy will help visitors and users of the Website make informed decisions regarding the information they provide through the Website.

1.2. The processing of personal data and other information, if obtained from users and visitors of the Website, is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 21.05.2013 No. 94-V “On Personal Data and Their Protection”, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 24.11.2015 No. 418-V “On Informatization”, and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1.3. All terms and definitions used herein shall be interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1.4. A Website visitor means any individual who has accessed it for informational purposes or for the purpose of obtaining services.

A Website user means an individual who:

— has registered to obtain access to a personal account upon confirmation of an email address and/or phone number; or

— has provided their personal data to the Website operator in order to obtain services; or

— has requested legal and consulting services under a civil law service agreement (user agreement).

1.5. Registration on the Website or the provision of personal data on the Website constitutes consent to the terms of the user agreement (Public Offer). Use of the Website signifies unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy. By using the Website and providing their personal data, including through third parties, visitors and users hereby acknowledge and confirm their consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Policy.

1.6. If a visitor or user does not agree with the terms of this Policy, they must immediately cease using the Website.

1.7. This Policy applies to all information that may be obtained about a user or visitor while using the Website, as well as in the course of performing any agreements or contracts with the user.

 

  1. Information Processed in the Course of Using the Website.

2.1. Technical Information refers to data that are automatically transmitted when a user accesses or uses the Website through software installed on their device, such as: IP address, information about the browser and type of operating system, device information, technical characteristics of hardware and software, and the date and time of access to the online service.

Technical information does not constitute personal data.

2.2. Cookies Files Cookies are files that help identify user preferences. A person visiting the Website may disable the use of cookies in the browser settings.

Personal data of the User include: surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, country of residence, and position (if required).

The personal data of a registered user constitute confidential information with restricted access.

The Website Administration may collect anonymized data from visitors and users who have subscribed to newsletters, containing a phone number and/or email address. In such cases, the provided data are used solely for sending website updates and other informational or promotional messages to the specified contact details.

The Website Administration assumes that the User acts in good faith and with due care, does not violate the rights of third parties, and that the data provided are accurate and up to date.

The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of the data provided, nor does it have the ability to assess the legal capacity or authority of the person submitting such data.

If any inaccuracies are discovered in the provided data, their correction (updating) shall be carried out by the Website Administration upon the request of the concerned individual.

The Website Administration requests that users provide only such personal data as are necessary to deliver the selected services, receive informational newsletters, or respond to the User’s inquiries or claims.

 

  1. Purposes of Processing User Information . .

3.1. User information is processed for the following purposes:

— to notify users about news, promotions, and offers;

— to provide legal and consulting services through the Website;

— to conclude and perform agreements for the provision of legal and consulting services;

— to conduct statistical research aimed at improving service quality and developing the Website.

3.2. The processing of personal information is also permitted in other cases established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3.3. Personal data are primarily processed using automated means. The processing of personal data in hard copy form is carried out only when required for maintaining paper-based documentation in connection with the conclusion and performance of civil law agreements for the provision of legal and consulting services.

 

  1. Conditions and Methods of Processing User Information and Its Disclosure to Third Parties

4.1. User data are not disclosed to third parties, except in the following cases:

— the user has given explicit consent to such disclosure;

— the disclosure is necessary for the performance of a contract;

— the disclosure is required by authorized public authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

— the user violates the terms and requirements established by this Policy, and the disclosure is made solely for the purpose of protecting the rights and lawful interests of the Website.

The Website Administration does not inform the user about the disclosure of data to third parties in any of the above cases.

4.2. Anonymized information may be used for marketing research purposes.

 

  1. Additional Provisions

5.1. The Website Administration may amend this Privacy Policy unilaterally without prior notice to visitors and users of the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes the user’s consent to such amendments. The revised version of the Policy becomes effective upon its publication on the Website.

5.2. This Privacy Policy is publicly available on the Website.
